Finally, please welcome PART 2.0🥳Hopefully, all of you out there have tried to follow some of those habits and hopefully....they have helped you :) So without further ado, here are the next 5 secret ingredients to help spice up your recipe for success!💖💖


1.PREPARE YOUR CLOTHES

This might not be the most important one but, what's the harm? Instead of wasting your precious morning energy and time in choosing and ironing your clothes, wouldn't it be better if you used some of your leftover energy from the previous night to do that job? Just saying....it would waste less of your time, especially when you're late for meetings and online school and stuff. This also helps you to be more organized and well-planned for the upcoming day😃


2.SPEND A MINUTE WITH YOURSELF

Ever feel over-burdened with the amount of work sitting on your head? Mr. Busy Bee, the only remedy for that is to spend a minute with yourself. Take some time away from friends, family, pets and technology and try to de-clutter your thoughts so that you could have some peace for yourself. Think about your day, examine your actions, and then prepare your mind for the next day. After that, take on the world with a beautiful smile, as the blanket of tranquility has enveloped you now!🥰



3.MAINTAIN THAT POSTURE!

I'm not gonna lie, this is something that basically just flies over my head!😂 But the importance of maintaining a good posture is something that I cannot stress enough on. It may not seem relevant now but a hunched back in the future will be a constant reminder of what you could have done. So if you're reading this at the moment, SIT STRAIGHT!


4.READ FOR 15 MINUTES DAILY

Reading is an important habit which we should definitely inculcate in our daily routine. Yes, I agree this is a time-taking one, but the advantages of reading daily are in abundance. You can read absolutely anything that you like. It could be fiction, non-fiction, mystery, romance....the choice's yours, just be sure to grab a book everyday!📚📖

5.STAY PLANNED

The last but not the least, the foundation of good living - STAY PLANNED. Life is a journey, and like you plan every vacation , it's only fair that we plan out your life too. Planning and organization are skills that come with experience. Make a schedule, follow it, stay on track and most importantly finish what you started. If you're lagging behind somewhere, notice your faults and then try to improve them. Learn from the mistakes of the past and be the architect of your own future. After all, a little bit of forethought never hurt anyone😉



Lastly, I'd like to say that you might not notice the immediate effects of these small habits. This in turn could make you demotivated and then discourage you to follow them.
