Five Random Acts Of Kindness To Light Up YOUR Day😀

anahitadubey13

Have you ever woken up and felt really irritated for no reason whatsoever? It isn't such a good feeling, is it? There are some days when we feel like not doing anything and just being to ourselves. Maybe we are stressed, or bored, or sleep deprived...whatever it is, we're just not in a good mood. Well my friend, don't ruin your day! With every day comes, a new beginning, and a fresh start...try to make the best of it! And here to help you are five completely RANDOM acts of kindness which will give your bones a great vibe and mouth a huge smile!😍

1) Wish "GOOD MORNING" - with a smile

A good start to your day is a very essential tool to happiness. Even though it's a small thing, it can make a huge difference. Whether it's your parents, siblings, friends, colleagues or teachers...everyone can use a good, happy morning! Be sure that it's YOU who people remember as a cheerful morning person, ready to brighten up their day (that's what my fishes think of me😌)

2)Volunteer to help at least two people

There's always someone out there who might need your expert advice😎 Be sure to give it to them for free! It could be anything...helping your mom in her chores, sending screenshots of homework to your friends...absolutely anything! After all, it's your advice, must be one in a million ;) I promise, next time they will definitely greet you smiling!😄

3)If you have plants - better start watering them!

Try this, even if it's only for one week. It is SOOOTHING for the soul😛 But seriously, being around nature is actually not a bad idea. Not only is it a break from the constant screen time, but also it may squeeze in some fresh ideas into your mind. If you have a balcony where you can sit comfortably then do try to read a book or two there...or just listen to some music. Trust me, it's the DEFINITION of relaxation. But don't forget to water your plants too!

4)De-clutter your clutter

Each one of us has this one place which is basically a HUGE MESS. Now whether it's your room, your wardrobe, your study table...anything! Put on some music, close the door and try to take down that big tornado of things and give it some space to breathe🥵 This is MOST DEFINETLY showing mercy on your mother😂 But then don't start dirtying it again after some time! Remember, you yourself will need to take care of it again, better let it be #organized.

5)Try To Make Someone Smile - Or Better, Laugh

Just one word can make or break somebody's day. Don't let anyone be the buzzkill to your great day! If you spot a friend in need, try your best to make them go ROFL! A little compliment maybe, or a funny GIF if you can't meet each other...or maybe just let him/her go on a full on rant and then try to understand their problem. Whatever you do, remember to twist that frown upside down!😍

Believe it or not, the small gestures that you show around other people actually make you who you are. They determine what people think of you, whether they like you or not, whether they want to tell you their problems or not. What's the point of living if you have millions of dollars but no one to spend them with? Real happiness is, when you have not even one dollar to spare but still somehow at the end of the day you are smiling. Happiness increases when shared😀😀😀 So don't be greedy and keep it all to yourself! And as rightly said by the author Mark Twain - "The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer someone else up."

By the way, here's my list of songs to groove to on a happy day!
